4/21/07 - Headline - "A lengthening day brings an additional play."

"Joe Holt's Notes on the Radio," the unique program that brings listeners the music and "world" of pianist Joe Holt can now be heard on WKDI 840am, in Denton Md. in an additional time slot: Saturdays from 5-5:30 pm (in addition the regular air time of Sundays from 2-2:30) through early November. WKDI broadcasts "daytime only", which allows Joe's show an additional airing during the longer days of Daylight Savings Time. WKDI serves most of midlle and southern Delaware, the upper and middle eastern shore of Maryland, Cape May County New Jersey, and the Greater Annapolis and Southern Baltimore areas.The show can also be heard on WNJC 1360am serving southern New Jersey and most of Philadelphia, Pa. on Thursday evenings from 9-9:30 pm, and anytime at www.joeholtsnotes.com .

4/14/07 - Headline - "Joe Holt's Notes on the Radio" to broadcast live performances"

On April 29, 2007, "Joe Holt's Notes on the Radio" will broadcast the first in a series of monthly installments that will showcase selections from a diverse roster of live performances, captured on recording. The majority of these selections will be heard exclusively on Joe's show, and accessible at any time after the original air date through the radio archive at www.joeholtsnotes.com .

The air schedule of showcased performances (subject to change):
- April 26-29, 2007: Bryan Clark at the Dover Downs Hotel, Dover De. on 3/23/07, with Joe on piano.
- May 31-June 3, 2007: The Midiri Brothers at the Sacramento (Ca.) Jazz Jubilee on 5/28/06, with Joe on piano.
- June 28-July 1, 2007: Joe in concert, solo piano, at the Mainstay, Rock Hall, Md. (during the annual Dixieland festival) on 4/14/07

4/7/07 - Headline - "Joe Holt's Notes on the Radio Now Heard on Two Stations"

On Feb. 2, 2006, at 9pm, "Joe Holt's Notes on the Radio" made it's debut on WNJC 1360am in the Phila./South Jersey area. This unique half-hour program, which allows pianist Joe Holt to play music from his many recordings, as well as "live-in studio", and share his own thoughts and experiences, is the realization of a long held dream. As a jazz pianist, Christian musician, and certified music therapist (MT-BC), Joe's career has been dedicated to connecting with people, using music as the means. He sees this show as a vehicle to connect with a greater audience. On Feb 4, 2007; one year after it's inception, the audience increased in size as the show made it's debut on a second station: WKDI 840am; serving Northern Delmarva and the greater Annapolis, Md. Area. "Joe Holt's Notes on the Radio" airs on Sunday afternoons at 2pm on WKDI, while continuing on Thursday evenings at 9pm on WNJC. 3/30/07 - Headline - "Joe Joins Midiri Brothers Sextet for 2007 Festivals"

The Midiri Brothers (Joe - clarinet/sax, and Paul - vibes/drums/trombone) and Joe Holt go back to high school days: beginning their professional careers together in the late 1970s. After all these years, it still swings (even more so)! After a time away from the band (as regular pianist), Joe has "signed on" with the brothers to appear with them in most of their scheduled jazz festivals and events this year. Joe joins the established sextet, as well as reviving the original trio. As of this writing Joe is scheduled to appear with the Midiri Brothers (in 2007) in Easton, Pa., Mammoth Lakes Ca., Anaheim Ca., Sun Valley Idaho, Pismo Beach Ca., and Palm Springs, Ca.
